Hi! All:
Everyone says that to keep in touch we need a blog, so I've decided to create this one. It won't be nearly as good as Alison, Hattie, or Leslie's, but hopefully it will keep us in better contact than email.\

This will be a blog dedicated to my life Beyond Brokeback Mountain.
Brokeback Mountain made a huge impact on my life. Some friends of mine and I wrote a book, Beyond Brokeback...the Impact of a Film. I'm proud to be associated with them.
Here's a link to my article in the Tribune: http://www.eastvalleytribune.com/story/101942 From there you can see the video giving reasons why I wrote it.
Since then I have met several people that I wouldn't have met without the article. One is a gay Mormon HP in the ward just north of mine. He has taken me to plays and meetings that I would have missed without him.
The OP-ED also got me a spot on the radio and led to being a volunteer for Equality Arizona. I'll be working at the AGRA Rodeo this weekend.

Here are some pictures I like:

This is Jake Gyllenhaul, a photo of him I used on my parkerbroncs.org Web site just for fun while I was losing weight.
