1 Voice Community Center Mens Discussion Group

Each Monday evening, after working out with James, my Personal Trainer, I join in a new group I've helped form called the 1 Voice Community Center Mens Discussion Group. Last night there were about 25 of us discussion "Honesty." I've met some wonderful men and I think we have a chance of making something really nice out of it.

Speaking of working out...I'm down 1 1/2 lbs. this week. That's the first time I've gone down in weight in months, so I'm going in the right direction.

I'll be off to Parker this weekend for the Centennial celebration of the Town of Parker. Conkie has me a room in the 'Inn' and Muggie says she'll be there with her whole family to celebrate Billie Dick as the Grand Marshall in the Parade. There will be a BBQ at the Fire Dept. afterwards. Then I plan to come on home that evening.
